    Before designing anything, we need to understand the existing building, site, views, privacy and constraints.

    Together, we establish what the project actually needs to achieve.

  5. 05Concept Design

    We explore layouts, relationships, materials, spaces and the overall design direction.

  6. 06Design Development

    Once the overall direction is agreed, dimensions, materials, finishes and details begin to come together.

    We prepare the drawings and documentation required for approvals, pricing and construction.

  8. 08Construction

    Where included in our scope, we can remain involved during construction to help protect the design intent.
